  GENERAL INFORMATION
  In order to process your enquiry or booking, it is necessary to store and process the data you have provided.

  The above-mentioned company is hereinafter referred to as the ‘provider’.

  The data you provide will be transferred to the management system and to companies that have business relationships with the management system. This transfer takes place in particular to the above-mentioned landlords, and, if necessary, also to tourism associations, registration providers and other companies that are connected to the management system and/or landlords.

  The use of personal data by the providers is governed by the applicable legal provisions and the consent you have given for the use of your data.

  DATA COLLECTION
  If you have used the email form on this page, we will initially only store your name, email address and travel dates.

  When making a booking, you provide the relevant data for this purpose. This usually includes your name, email address and postal address, but may also include your date of birth or other personal data. This data is only collected to the extent permitted by law and only with your consent and active participation. If consent is given electronically within the scope of the services, the statutory information requirements are taken into account and this consent is logged by appropriate technical systems. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY PROVIDERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS ACT By acknowledging these data protection provisions and actively confirming this acknowledgement, you give your consent in accordance with the Telecommunications Act for providers to send you information and advertising about their respective services by email to the email address you have provided. You may revoke your consent at any time in writing by post or email to the providers.

  DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO THE DATA PROTECTION PROVISIONS
  You confirm that you have read these data protection provisions and accept them in full.

  You agree that your personal data will be transferred to the management system so that, in addition to the offer emails, reservation confirmations, payment confirmations and booking confirmations required for the booking, the management system can also send you further information relating to the booking (e.g. arrival information, offers such as travel cancellation insurance, events at the destination, products, etc.) as an additional service.

  The providers may supplement the data you have provided with further information relating to the enquiry/booking, process it further and transfer it. In particular, this may occur in the following cases: Storage of the additional services you have booked and forwarding of this information to external service providers (e.g. forwarding the information that you have booked a morning bread roll service to the relevant bakery), recording your special requests to improve service quality (e.g. if you do not want the service staff to enter your room in the morning, this information will be stored and will be visible to the landlord when you make a new booking).

  You may revoke your consent at any time in writing by post or email to the parties.

  STORAGE, INFORMATION ABOUT AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
  In order to provide you with the best possible service when (re)booking an offer from the landlord, the management system offers the landlord the option of storing personal data in the long term in the so-called guest file.

  Providers are obliged to comply with the tax laws applicable to them and to store all data relating to a booking/payment and to hand it over to the local authorities on request. Personal data is therefore stored for at least the period of time specified by law for the retention obligation.

  You can request information about the data stored about you from the providers at any time. This request must be made in writing (by email or post).

  You may request the deletion of data relating to you at any time (with the possible exception of defined data subject to the retention obligation). This deletion request must be made separately in writing (by email or post) to the providers. The providers will provide you with proof of the deletion of the data in the form of a deletion log.

• Disclaimer Liability for content

  As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal violation. If we become aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.
